CBT, EMDR and Behavioural Couples Therapy Charges in Sevenoaks and Online by Video Link

The following private CBT, EMDR and Psychotherapy charges apply to appointments in Sevenoaks and to sessions delivered by video link. All charges include relevant psychometric tests, psychological assessment reports, treatment plans and email follow-up. Treatment sessions are delivered over a 60 minute appointment, normally scheduled on a weekly basis for the duration of therapy.

Health Insurance Referrals

We are approved providers with all of the major health insurance organisations, including AXA, BUPA, CIGNA, Vitality and WPA. Where sessions are directly funded using health insurance, pre-authorisation is required and different charges and conditions will be applied according to the relevant insurance provider tariffs and terms of service.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Specialist CBT, ACT, DBT and CBTI appointments are £125. This includes psychometric assessments, reports and resources.

Couples Behavioural Therapy

Couples CBT for relationship problems are charged at £185 per session. This includes assessments, reports and resources.,

EMDR Treatment for Trauma / PTSD

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing appointments for trauma related problems are £125 for a 60 minute appointment.
